Hostaway includes AI Replies and a booking-website builder. Most owners never get far enough to trust them, so we build them out for you and keep them running.
We write each property's knowledge base and reply rules from your house manual and past guest questions, then test them before auto-reply goes on. When the AI doesn't know an answer, the question comes to you instead of guessing.
A branded site connected to your Hostaway calendar, with real photos, local guides and search-friendly pages, so repeat guests can book you without paying platform fees.
A rewritten title and description, reordered photos and room-by-room details (cooling, beds, stairs, parking) that set accurate expectations and protect your reviews.
Messages for booking confirmation, pre-arrival, check-in day, a mid-stay check-in, checkout and review requests, in English and Spanish.
A simple seasonal email that invites your best past guests back to book direct, with no platform fee on those bookings.
A monthly review of AI answers, missed questions, reviews and pricing, with fixes made for you and a one-page report.
